We’re based in Greenwood, MO, and typically work within 20–25 miles, including Lee’s Summit, Raymore, Grandview, and parts of Kansas City.
Q: Do you handle permits and HOA approvals?
Yes. We take care of all permitting, inspections, and HOA paperwork so you don’t have to.
Q: How long does it take to build a deck?
Most projects take one to two weeks from start to finish once construction begins. Larger or more complex builds may take longer.
Q: What’s the difference between composite and wood decks?
Composite decks require little to no maintenance, last decades, and resist rot and pests. Wood decks have a lower upfront cost but require regular upkeep to stay in good shape.
Q: What kind of warranties do you offer?
We provide a 1-year craftsmanship warranty on all labor. Our preferred composite brand, Decorators, offers a 50-year decking and 25-year railing warranty that also covers labor.
Q: Can I get a fence or pergola with my deck?
Yes. We often bundle fences, pergolas, and other outdoor structures with deck builds, which can also save you money.
Q: Do you offer financing?
Yes — loan amounts from $1,000 to $100,000, terms up to 20 years.
